Ive started to paint some National League North and South teams and plumped for Kidderminster Harriers as I had a recent enquiry as to whether I had painted it or not. Kidderminster are the only club from Worcestershire to have ever played in the football league proper and have a long history. When I think of Kidderminster I always think of their F.A Cup and F.A Trophy exploits, also their controversial refusal to the Football League after being crowned conference champions on stadium safety grounds.
Ive really enjoyed painting this one. Its the start of the second lockdown so I've been painting it with the snooker on tv. A perfect combination. Im sure I will soon have another new painting to add to the blog as its getting cold out and the lockdown has curbed other activities. Stay safe.
